What to focus on in July

It’s July, we’re halfway through the year!  It’s time to embrace our imaginations

Ask the right question, such as “What if …

Be open and aware. …

Play and pretend. …

Generate lots of ideas. ..

Make something out of your great ideas

Tuning into our instincts can also be an enriching experience.

Leave your phone at home and just go for a walk in nature, breathe some fresh air and move your body.

Be quiet. …

Do something creative. …

Make space. …

Tune in to how your gut instinct shows up in your body. …

Meditate. …

The video mentions a link for the 21 Day MEDITATION CHALLENGE, which will be available next week.

In July good fortune will favour those who have the courage of their convictions.  Anything which nurtures and flows is worth embracing.  However, there can be some passionate conversations too.  It will be important not to force our viewpoints on others.  Balance your actions with what protects and sustains your sense of security.

Your RED Chakra is all about your stability and security, because it’s all about Survival.  It is situated at the base of the spine.  It represents Self-preservation/Physical identity but it’s Demon = Fear, which can cause this chakra to be blocked or out of balance.
