How to feel more LOVE in your life

Do you want to feel more love in your life?

Everyone deserves to live lives filled with love and loving connections. It’s really that simple.

No matter how much love you already have in your life, or how little, I can help you to have more.

Too often, our life experiences cause us to be wary of intimacy, or not know how to connect.

Give yourself richer friendships, warmer family dynamics and extraordinary depth in all your relationships. Open to a world of joy and connection and allow yourself to naturally and comfortably express your heartfelt love and intimacy.

You deserve it.

Discover the joy of knowing how to connect with others.

Let go of blame.

Examine and change the habits and patterns that get in the way of love.

Embrace your sexuality as a special – and sacred – part of your life

Opening to love is an unfolding journey. At times we will feel completely present to the love that is our own nature. We will feel embraced by loving kindness and have the sense that everything is right in the universe. At other times love can feel a million miles away as we experience feelings of loneliness, fear, or separation.

  1. Love is the most powerful force in the universe.

  2. Love can heal.

  3. Love can create abundance.

  4. Love is the path to living an inspired life.

  5. Love shows up in what we do for others.

  6. Love forgives faults and imperfections.

  7. Love says “You can do it. Let me tell you how amazing you are.”

  8. Love allows for differences of opinions.

  9. Love sees what’s great and recognizes what we have in common.

  10. Love listens.

  11. Love inspires.

  12. Love is who we really are.

In other words – Love is an inside job. It isn’t like someone actually hands us something we get to handle, hold and touch. Love isn’t something we have, it’s something we FEEL!

We tend to want to blame others for the lack of love in our lives, but the kicker is that someone could love you with all of his or her heart and you might still not feel loved. Or someone could not even know you exist and you could feel full of love for them. The source of your love is not outside of you: This is true for both the love you give and the love you receive. Love exists within you, totally independently of the object of your love (or the absence of someone to share that love with). Love has little to do with the proximity or even the existence of the other person. When you love someone and they die, the love remains. Even when we break up with someone, love does not go away either. We just block the flow of love.

The love is inside of you. Love is who you are on a soul level. Love is your natural state.

Until we learn to love and celebrate ourselves, there’s a limit to how much love and celebration we can receive from others. You know you’re lovable when you treat yourself in loving ways and truly see the essence of who you are. By essence I mean the unchangeable, intrinsic qualities that have nothing to do with externals (degrees, income, looks, partner, house, clothes, car, etc.).

Love yourself and you will feel loved. It’s as simple as that.

In this mini-challenge, you will discover that every relationship you have is a reflection of how you relate and interact with yourself. Your relationship with a friend shows you just as much about your ‘self -relationship’ as an interaction you have with a stranger. Each relationship and interaction are different, yet they each give you the opportunity to realise how much you love, accept, and honour yourself.
