Fear can control us. It can keep us paralyzed, keeping us living in desperate situations, and stopping us from living the life of our dreams. The practice of mindfulness can help recognise the fear within, and start the process of facing it. This meditation, is where you can watch the fears arise, and rather than react to them or allow them to become part of the stories that make up your life, just become an observer in your mind and watch from a distance.
